While we didn't do any homeless outreach when MTV came over to play this summer, we did share a glimpse into the overflowing abundance of our sustainable vortex with them.
The TV series True Life followed our friend Emet in July and August as he moved into our community and learned to hone his focus. We had a great time making the reality show and look forward to seeing which aspects of our epic life made the cut for primetime MTV on December 28th at 10 pm CST!
We showed them so many incredible, expansive realities of the really real life in our ecovillage--from composting toilets to industrial harvesting to building teeny tiny homes from trash resources--and the episode could easily take a thousand directions! It undoubtedly has the potential to affect countless people in profound ways. To know that a free and abundant lifestyle such as ours exists may give someone just the hope they need to make a significant shift towards a life of health and happiness.
If the live music we hosted, free food for a hundred, and the naked sustainable slip n slide we shared are any indicators, the episode will most certainly be entertaining!
