The first donation has been donated and the first plants have been planted!
Before I went to the future homestead property, Steemit user @alda88 gave me an offline donation of approx. a dozen annual flowers to help decorate the yard of our future homestead! She was able to do so because I know her in real life. Thank you @alda88!
The flowers (pansies, violas, impatiens, vinca, and snap dragons) were planted in various pots, planters, and window boxes around the yard. They have added a welcome burst of color that we will appreciate all summer long!
This wonderful little addition has given me an idea for our first project… check back tomorrow for more information!
