Mark Twain, one of the American writers, says of anger, "anger like acid does a lot of damage to the pot that contains it more than it can do around it"
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said that Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said that the Prophet said:
Certainly we have experienced many angry moments, which vary in anger from time to time, but you must know that anger is very destructive if you can not control it correctly and more words and deeds that you can regret it is what you get out of anger
Reasons for feeling angry
1- The injustice:
When we are convinced that we have not been treated fairly, we begin to say to ourselves that we deserve all the best and begin to weave many stories and negative ideas that develop a sense of shame within us, which makes us angry
2- Loss:
We begin to feel angry when we lose something that we thought was like a sense, a person, a job, a money, or something else
3- Blame:
We hate very much the blame we receive from those around us about the attitudes that may occur and the way we do it. For us, it is a kind of injustice and starts to blame the imagination, negative thoughts and some sense of selfishness.
4- Pain:
We all experience the feeling of pain, which is followed by a lot of pressure on the mind and tension, it prevents you from feeling comfortable and prevents the flow of energy outside the body
5- The wrong focus:
Focus on all the money you want and begin to make excuses and blame for other people and start to run out of energy in the complaint. All we think of is reflected in our feelings whether we like this or not
All the previous reasons begin to glow in our anger in the form of different feelings:
** Frustration
** the wound
** Tightness and chest grip
** injustice regardless of whether it is real or not
** Feeling like a victim
** A lot of negative thoughts
The risk of not controlling anger:
In the end anger is one of the many emotions generated by the mind to give you the opportunity to live The natural level of anger gives you the incentive to do actions and solve problems and manage the management of many positions
But uncontrolled anger leads to many negative adverse outcomes, especially in the workplace. Anger can ruin your relationship with someone around you in an instant with your colleagues and manager and you may lose the trust and respect of the people
Excessive anger puts cloud and fog on your decisions and prevents you from finding creative solutions. And the frequent tantrums affect your health, because anger occurs a lot of disorder within the body as it puts you in the fight to defend yourself, which leads to heart disease and arteries and appetite strikes and may lead to obesity and a lot of pressure on the mind because of tension and anxiety
You should ask yourself a question here that you should not think about controlling your anger because your mental and physical health deserve what is better ??
Change Basics:
Negative emotions have a strange speed in spreading like fire in the wild just seconds and you find that your head began to be filled with bad ideas once you open the door to her but the mind the ability to change all these negative ideas to the positive once you make the decision and no one has to change this decision only you and your will and not even aspiring Your parents will not be able to do that. When you feel negative feelings you have two choices:
Negative thoughts are left consuming and depleting our energies
Make the decision to think about changing your thoughts to positive things that make you feel better
There are 3 ways to change negative thoughts:
Visual things: change ideas
Language things: Change the language of speech
Physical change: Change your physical movements, exercise or walk
Anger Management:
1- Recognize that there is a problem:
If you find it difficult to manage anger then you must first recognize that you are suffering from anger and that it is a problem for you and you must make a plan to get rid of it
2- Writing:
Write all your thoughts that cause boiling inside yourself and your mind in a paper and then write positive thoughts in another paper then cut the negative paper and keep the answer so that you can read it several times
3- Use the support network:
Certainly there are a group of people who love you and always around you and there are those who change your world and love to be with them and always feel hope and activity.
This relationship has to be a mutual relationship so it is useful to devote every day some time to help people close to you or even do not know this sensation will certainly make you happy and will remember a lot of positive ideas in your mind
4- Cut the cycle of anger:
When you start to feel angry you should interrupt the cycle of anger from being completed:
** Cry and say, stop loudly in your thoughts
** Use deep breathing to feel relaxed and give your mind some oxygen
** Imagine a beautiful position or a beautiful place or do anything you like in your imagination
** Get out of your office for five minutes
** Do something new you have not done for a while, draw, search for some new music, watch a movie, do anything you love
Of the things that might be useful try to close you down and talk about your anger aloud as if you were talking to yourself
5- Change your anger to humor:
Learn to laugh at everything you do and do not take everything very seriously. This will make you able to skip everything that can irritate you in a comic way as you used to do every time
But you have to be careful to make fun of the importance of yourself or the importance of what you do
6- Relaxation:
People who get angry leave too many unimportant things to bother them. If you learn to keep your nerves calm, you will realize that nothing can upset your mood.
Keep exercising and strengthen your mind and your nerves. If you have the time, you can walk a bit if you feel that you are under pressure or have some breathing exercises that help you relax. You can also go to sleep for a while as you should take plenty of water or some refreshing juices that you love
7- What you want to do:
Sit down and start writing what you want from the situation that happened ?? Write the final result you want from what I saw just a little bit ago. Be clear, realistic and fair Then write a complete description of this result and describe the timing at which you want this result to occur
Once you have put this good, negative thoughts will be reduced so that you can focus on what you want. Try to program your mind to do it to do it automatically
8- Gh words do not, I can not, can not:
Neither I nor I can give you much of what you do not want. The language you use to talk to yourself is very important because it affects your unconscious mind, which affects your thoughts and feelings. When you realize that you are saying negative words, try to think about how you can turn them into positive. For example, you say that I do not want war. You can replace it by wanting peace
9- Try to see the light:
Darkness dissipates as soon as a candle of light As with negative thoughts that represent dark and positive thoughts that represent light you should learn that no matter how hard you face or from the thoughts of the mind inside you can see it positively.
I know that this is a bit difficult, especially a great anger, but you have to trust in yourself and trust in your ability to learn from situations and life and always look for the lesson learned and passion that you can use to get out of the dark and always use God
