Fast dinner. Pancakes from corn and wheat flour with strawberry jam

When I cooked strawberry jam this week. I knew that there would be little of it after the glass jars were full.

I quickly took a container, poured in a little corn flour and a little wheat flour.

  1. 100 grams of corn flour.
  2. 100 grams of whole wheat flour.
  3. 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  4. Soda 1/3 teaspoon.
  5. Salt 1/5 teaspoon.
  6. Add water to make the dough gummy and mix thoroughly.
  7. Take a little water and dissolve in it 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid. And pour into the dough. All interfere and interfere.
  8. Add 1 tablespoon of sunflower or olive oil to the dough.

    Frying.
    Put a little oil on the frying pan for the first time. Sunflower, corn or olive.
    Heat the frying pan well. We begin to fry.

    I used to call this dish a bachelor's breakfast. But later it was used as a dinner.
