One of the most striking memories of my life was a fact I experienced when, still very young, I decided to therapy. I had a series of locks, restraints and insecurities, which obviously had to do with my life story.
I remember perfectly that the first therapy session was a litany of complaints related to my family, especially my father, who had serious difficulties, since it hampered incisively my freedom.
What was my surprise when the therapist told me that my father was not responsible for my unhappiness. But I, and only I, the building was day to day.
My reaction, of course, was very angry, after all, I was there for comfort, hospitality and full encouragement to my role of victim. But after much thought, I could understand the deep meaning of those words.
And this was essential so I decided from then take full responsibility for my own life. No matter the circumstances, I had to do them one more motivation to be myself.
After a long time, I felt grateful to have heard those words that my immature ego strongly rejected at first. They were the fuel that fed definitively my vocation to happiness.
For more arduous it is the journey of self-knowledge, there is no choice: either play head it in, or remain slaves of limitation and suffering forever.
If you take responsibility for your life, you can begin to change it. The change will be slow, only in course of time you will begin to move into the world of light and crystallization, but once crystallized, you will know what is the real revolution. Then share your revolution with others; it has to be this way, heart to heart.
