If you want to freeze everything so that nothing will change, it can't be done because everything is changing. Time always moves forward. You cannot move it faster or slower. You cannot hold it. Time will flow at its own speed.
Changing is a good thing. You will not get bored. You will always see something new in life, some desire to fulfill, some goals to achieve. You have to go with the flow and do your things. This is how, we move forward.
