Today was more eventful than the beginning of the week. I went out to do some stuff during the day and walked for about 38 active min. The sun was shining really bright and the weather was not super cold. But the side walks were very slippery because of the black ice, so I had to do the penguin walk to avoid falling 😁

I felt hungry during lunch time today, since I was out and about for a while. I had Tempura Shrimp Udon soup from Bento Sushi. Although the overall dish was not heavy, I felt full after having only half of it. I have been used not to eat lunch for a while, so most likely a snack would have been enough.
But the Udon was yummy
