Dutch Treat Grown by Ceres

Dutch treat is another strain I cant really find the genetics of. It seems to be a favorite of Amsterdam coffee shops and I can see why. On one site it says its a 50/50 indica sativa and on another it says its indica dominant 60/40 but whatever it is genetic wise it comes down to an amazing strain. The total THC of this gram was 24.7%. The buds I got in this gram are supper dense and heavy. The gram looked so small but once I broke up a bud I could see why. After breaking it up I felt like I was packing a bowl of bb's. It was also super sticky and still a bit squishy. It made it hard not to pack a bowl to tight. Not the worst problem one could have in life.

The packaging Was a little glass jar with a black screw on cap. Under the cap is a plastic seal and the jar has a sticker holding onto the lid like a safety seal. The sticker shows all the standard information plus the THC% and CBD%. I give the packaging a 4 out of 5. It is almost a shame throwing all these little jars away daily.

The taste and smell of this Is great, 4.2 out of 5. It has almost a crispness to it, very citrus and sweet with a fishiness in the background. Taste is a deep earthiness and pine with a wonderful dankness that lingers. I really enjoyed the flavor of this and it kind of reminded me of some jack hair I got about a year ago. Tastes a lot of an my youth or at least to me it does.

The high from this strain comes on quick with the head high, maybe a min and I was feeling it. About 10-15 min later the indica high starts kicking in and gives an nice mellow body high. Very relaxing feeling almost a floatyness to it. The head high is really deep gave me a little bit of the perma-smile. very euphoric and energetic. I give this a 4.3 out of 5 on high.

This Gram was 12 dollars with tax included. Not bad if you ask me. Not something I would be upset about buying. If they found a way to drop the price by getting rid of the fancy glass jar I would prolly rate it higher but even with that included I still give it a 4 out of 5 on price. Taste and high are worth it alone and no one really cares about the package.

As for total rating I give this gram a 4.1 out of 5. Its a great strain and very enjoyable. If you enjoy a very well balance high that is strong but not over powering with the head high I would recommend this gram easily. Would I buy it again? Yeah, its on the better end of grams I have grabbed in this price range. It has a taste that reminds me of my youth, something I don't find to often with the newer strains that are coming out.

I picked up this gram at my local Pot store. Here is a link to their site if you want to see if they are close to you and maybe pick up some yourself. They have an awesome staff and are always willing to help.

Thanks everyone for checking out my review.
Time for me to go taste another, I will post about it soon.
