When you can‘t find the sunshine, be the sunshine

Besides a nice tan and great surroundings I love to travel due to the fact that sunshine gives you:

  • More energy
  • Cheers you up (by boosting your levels of serotonin which is the body's natural happy hormonea
  • Boosts your immune system
  • Helps you lose weight (higher levels of serotonin in your body does not only make you feel happy but also suppresses the appetite). That is the reason why you will eat less in warmer weather.
  • Reduse heart disease (the levels of vitamin D in yout bodycan help you prevent heart diseases).

You should defintely go out in the sun three times a week to boost your levels of vitamin D.
