I am very excited about this initiative @ eco-alex @ ecotrain, which every week presents us with the challenge of a healthy meal for the benefit of our health, it is the best we can find.
I love cooking, I love challenges and I want to put all my passion in this @ecotrain initiative, I hope to be able to comply with all the established norms and not abandon the established parameters, today in the first week we find the element of fire, this is products interesting, red and that are a great nutritional contribution to the heart.
I want to present the dish, which I made for this challenge this week, with two vegetables, one vegetable and the combination of the three with a high nutritional content for heart health.

Beet Salad, Potato and Cabbage
Well, we have thoroughly studied each ingredient used to make this delicious salad, now we are going to step by step on how we are going to make it.
Ingredients for the salad:

- Oil, salt and vinegar
Ingredients for beet juice:
Beet
Lemon
Honey
Chop the beets in very small pieces, put them in the blender and then strain, add the juice of a lemon and honey, so ready to consume.

- First step: peel and chop into slices, both beet and sweet potato, and put them to boil in a pot for about 10 minutes.
