Continuing presenting the first week a dish that has few ingredients but healthy for the heart.
Let's name the ingredients we use for this antipasto of eggplant and paprika
Ingredients
2 carrots
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
1 stalk of celery Spain
3 Laurel Leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
THE BERENGENA

Preparation
