Hello steemit friends! This delicious thick and creamy soup is good for a light dinner.
This Mango smoothies are one of My favorite of all smothies.
Yellow fruits and vegetables have a phytochemical called bio-flavonoid and carotenoids moreover Yellow fruits and veggies are packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that combat illnesses and heart issues.
In pumpkin soup I have here this following ingredients, and it's easy to make.
Methods:
Chop pumpkins into wedges. Chop onions
Squeeze out coconut milk ( put fresh coconut into a blender adding a little amount of water )
Steam pumpkins until tender.
Puree the pumpkins to the blender. Set aside.
In pan, add coconut oil. Saute onion for few seconds.
Add pumpkin puree mix well.
Add in coconut milk. Stir. Mix well with pumpkin puree. Add salt.
Cover simmer for few minutes.
Relax and Enjoy your Pumkin soup.😍
In my Mango Smoothies I used this following ingredients and it taste really fantastic!

For me I Used 2medium size of mangoes, 3/4 cup of plain yoghurt and 2cups of milk.
Methods:
Chop mangoes. Add in to pitcher.
Add milk and yoghurt.
Immerse it to a hand blender.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy Yummy and Cool Mango Smoothies
