How's everyone doing? Pretty busy lately and yesterday me and @joannewong met up with a friend for dinner at Bangsar before my Penang trip for today.
Dinner Night out
We had our dinner at The X Restaurant & Bar which is located opposite of Bangsar Village 2 Mall and as usual, finding parking in Bangsar is the most nightmare task even on a weekday night after a few turn. In the end, I just decided to park at the mall after failing to find any available parking slot outside.
The ambient of the restaurant is slightly dim and songs are played at a moderate volume which quite a nice place to hang out and feels cosy as well. The restaurant serves a wide variety of foods and drinks which wouldn't be a problem in choosing your pick.

Looking through their menu, I'll order myself a drink and they ordered up some food for dinner. While waiting for the food to be served, we explain to @kshiuh about the fundamental of Steemit and guide him about his first post about Introduction Yourself. Soon, dinner has been served up

Road Trip Up North to Penang
Today is the day I head down Penang with @bitrocker2020 and @davidke20 for the 100degree Steemit Sharing Session in MSOGO, Prangin Mall Penang. The journey up north took us a 3hr 30 minutes of drive from Kepong, not many cars, lorries on the road and weather is a nice sunny day for a drive.

We arrived Penang roughly 2.30PM and our stomachs are calling for some Penang food before checking in our Airbnb. We went and scout some foods around the corner and also walk towards the famous Penang Teo Chew Cendol.

After our lunch, we went to check in at our Airbnb for a rest before heading out again for the event. Check in is like a treasure hunt as the host has given us a detailed instruction for where to get our room key and car park access key 😂.
I'll continue the Airbnb review on my next post together with the update of the event as it's time for me to pack up and head out to the venue to get ready for the event. 👋🏻 See ya later!
