Cloud Mining - The Struggle is Real

Cloud mining comes with a major risk, the exit. Most sites eventually do it. Take the money and run. xmine.org appears to be the most recent to do this. I will be loosing a $110 US investment. Not too bad really. There are however a few good apples among the bunch. Look for sites that allow you to trade in hashrate for real hardware or have taken the time to build an android or ios app. This doesn't guarantee anything at all but does help weed out the good from the bad.

Try to avoid sites that are too good to be true.... Odds are very good it's a scam. Also look out for very poor English or shabby translations. Mind you just because they don't know the English doesn't mean they will scam you out of your coins.

As far as cloud mining sites go Eobot holds the most trust. They have an android and ios app that gets updated on a regular basis. They took the time to build their own API. Best of all they allow you to trade in hashrate for real hardware. GHS 3.0 can be bought or mined and then traded in for an antminer s7! GHS 4.0 will be based on   new antminer s9 power and can be traded for an antminer s9! They have a Mypool option that allows you to rent real hardware to mine on your choice of pool using your pool account. All this adds up to the fact that Eobot is very REAL and actually has real mining hardware. I highly recommend Eobot

I am also testing the waters with some other "cloud mining" sites.

Minerport I suspect is a fund claiming to be a mining site. They did make a basic app but pretty much the site in a contained browser. They are currently paying and I am watching them for improvements. I suspect Minerport will eventually take the exit and run but it at least looks as though it wont be for a while. I recommend  Minerport investments be in amounts you are willing to loose.

7cly is another fund suspect acting as a mining site. I am currently testing out 7cly to see how viable it is for an investment. I recommend only investing an amount you are willing to loose. You can start "mining" with 7cly for   free without a deposit.

Terabox looks really promising, the layout is beautiful, their English far surpasses my own and the plans look like  they have a decent balance between pay-in and pay-out. I foresee Terabox moving up in the cloud mining world very soon.  I will be giving out Terabox vouters at a later date.

I am also testing other sites but do not feel confident in my assessment of them to mention any just yet

In conclusion all cloud mining is dangerous, as a user you have no control over the hardware or the funds. But you don't have to put up with the heat or noise either. With risk usually comes reward. So far I am ahead with this cloud mining business and I plan to stay that way by weighing risks and keeping my investments diverse. Be sure to get your profits out whenever possible to avoid pain later.
