The reasons why I use a credit card to purchase my contract are the following:
I didn't have the bitcoin amount; and in order to buy bitcoin you usually have to pay fees (Saving USD value here)
Genesis mining prices are fix in USD, so the amount that I have to pay will not change depending on how the btc market behaves one minute to the next.
I get 1% cash back on my credit card which to me means I get the order with a 4% instead of a 3%
