Let's Talk Minnow to Minnow

I can't stress enough and more so if you've joined the Steemit platform recently. The first step for you is to LEAVE EVERYTHING and join the Minnow Support Project spearheaded by @aggroed. Don't Comment, Don't Post, Don't Vote, Don't Resteem. First join us at https://discord.gg/HYj4yvw

Why am I so adamant on you joining? Well, because I don't want you to start complaining when your posts are not getting the traction they deserve. As a minnow, your posts will definitely get less visibility and upvotes simply because you are new, have less followers and don't have enough STEEM Power (unless of course you are super rich and have invested in STEEM). As with everything, building relationships and credibility on this platform takes time and this project is simply there to save you from the frustration of spending time as a minnow.

STEEM has an excellent and welcoming community and projects such as these simply show us how STEEM is very different from any other Social Networks that you have come across. The Minnow Support Group also known as PAL ( Peace, Abundance and Liberty) has proved to be tremendous in helping and promoting my posts.

I urge you to join this group and try for yourself. 

I am Convinced. Where do I Sign-Up?

Happy to know that you are convinced and ready to sign-up. The sign-up process can be a bit tricky for newbies so make sure you follow the steps as below very carefully and in sequential order.

Part 1

1. Create Discord Account and Join the Project here https://discord.gg/HYj4yvw
2. Navigate to #registration channel and in the comment box type $register [YOUR STEEMIT ID]
3. You will now receive directions from two bots (minnowsupport and banjo) . Simply do what they say!
4. Type $register [YOUR STEEMIT ID] again.

Congrats That's Part 1 completed. Now head over to Part 2

Part 2

1. Create an account on steemvoter.com
2. On Steemvoter. Navigate to Edit/Create Rule section and create a rule by entering "minnowsupport" as the author. You can leave all other settings as default.
3. Create an account on streemian.com
4. Navigate to Services -> Curation Trail and join the @minnowsupport Trail. In the trail settings make sure you enter the Tags you want to vote on or are passionate about for e.g photography, life etc.
5. You will then have to take screenshot of the Steemvoter Rule created and Curation Trail added. Send that screenshot as a Direct Message to @aggroed on Discord Chat.
6. Now wait for the DING from @aggroed and voila you are a member

After becoming a member you can request and get your posts upvoted by the Minnow Support Community by just entering the $upvote [link of the Steemit post] in the #upvote-resteem channel.
