How To Grow Your Passion Into Your Dream Business With Less Work

The best things in life brings you joy and happiness especially if its an activity or event that you really have a passion for. Unfortunately with most entrepreneurs when starting out on a new venture they are primarily focused on the monetary aspects of the business " the bottom line" as it is commonly called.

With some the monetary aspect is all the motivation they need to thrive and keep moving forward until there is a snag and funds are not flowing in as expected. With others "yes" the monetary value is important but it is not the driving factor to want be in business. If your business is something you enjoy and adds value to society you will thrive  even when there are road bumps or hurdles. With that passion you have you will meet these bumps and hurdles head on and continue to thrive.

Share The Hats You Are Wearing

When first starting out in business most entrepreneurs tend to were many hats and in a short period of time this brings on stress even if it is your passion. Like many great leaders you have to learn how to delegate and share responsibilities with your team. If you look back in history or in present day the great leaders be it in business, sports, politics or what ever, all have a supporting cast that are essential to there success. You can not do it alone if you really want to get the most out of your passion, "share the love". This is how small businesses blossom into "Empire's".

Streamline Your Approach

When starting out entrepreneurs are penny pincers trying to make the most without spending on the resources they may need to actually make that "bottom line" grow. Just like you need to share your hats with your team you need to make sure the team also have the best tools or close to it to do their part as efficient as possible. Make sure you invest back into the business to make it as lean as possible. If there is technology that will cut time and lower cost these are the investments you need to make to grow your "bottom line".

Some times you have to invest money to make money and at certain times this is an essential concept that must be done. There are small tasks that  you can out source that will give your team more time to focus on the main business that will then give you valued growth and again increase your "bottom line". Major corporation do this all the time by hiring temps to do small tasks so that their high paid employee can focus on more important things that will again grow the "bottom Line".

Key Pointer To Follow

You need to make sure you delegate or outsource small tasks or responsibilities that can be done by your team. You can not do it all by your self. Give your team the resources they need and don't be cheap. If this is your passion make it as pleasurable as possible because if you go the opposite route your passion will seem more like a job and not be the prosperous dream business you desire.  For more on the power of delegating, check out this link from Jim Palmer.   http://www.getjimpalmer.com/number-one-reason-entrepreneurs-fail/
