I have recently been trying out the paid promotion offer with some new posts on my @peacemaker account as well as my newest post on my @verbal-d account, and after spending 10 SBD, I haven't seen much of a difference. I was wondering if any of you have tried promoting your posts through this method and if you have had any success with it.

I'm not the best with math lol but I am further back then where I started. I only tried it out since my payouts became lower recently and figured maybe if I throw my SBD back into Steemit, it would gain some traction. I don't know if I'll chance it again, but maybe I'll just flip my SBD on poloniex and multiply it on some trades to make back the loss of investment.

If I'm going to give my SBD back into Steemit, maybe it would be better to just convert it into STEEM and power up, instead of just promoting it to the promotions feed. If any of you have any insight on this topic, please share some knowledge and educate me. How much did you pay to promote your post? Do you promote it immediately after posting or is there a specific time frame and method you implement?

I am trying to always improve my approach and build up my foundation off of this wonderful platform. So in regards to the lower payout received posts, I do keep in mind that maybe no one felt compelled to click on my post because of the lack of right audience for what I write, as well as considering the content I've written, and title and hashtags I've used, but I guess marketing is like anywhere else, it is a hit or miss.

I'll still be continuing accepting donations until I can reach my goal to fly out to america with my children and wife to visit my family as it is very urgent indeed.

I've raised $1900 and .09 cents of Steemit Currency in total from both My Posts and Donations from Steemit Community Members this 2017 forward and $95.00 in US Dollar Donations so far towards my goal of $ 6,000.00 (Six Thousand) US Dollars and will keep everyone updated with every new future post that I submit.
This total amount will not only include donations I've received to the Paypal account I've provided: CompletelyQJS@yahoo.com, but it will also include the Steemit Currency that I accrue/receive from all of my personal posts starting the 1st of January of 2017 forward calculated after a 48 hour time frame is finished for the payout cycle of each post to avoid miscalculating the fluctuating price of Steemit Currency.
