I was in Chicago for three weeks in November 2016 filming for a documentary. I was staying at The Langham which happens to be right across the street from Trump tower. We were watching the election coverage the night before and wondering if there would be any protests since Chicago is such a blue city and Trump is, well, Trump. There wasn't any the night of the election, but the next few days were another story. Thousands of people flooded the streets, people were angry, but everyone seemed to be encouraging everyone and I didn't see any violence or destruction. There were also the most amount of cops I have ever seen in my life.

I grabbed my camera and got what shots I could. I was mostly rolling video, but was able to get a few stills in as well.
