A couple of weeks ago on a Friday as I left the Expo train station. I saw many people (mainly ladies) lining up on both sides of the path wearing red. They each have badge that said they are some volunteer. Over during lunch time, they are still standing and it was getting hot because of the sun. This one was using an interesting looking umbrella. Later, I did a search and found that was to be some Buddhist event at Singapore Expo according to this link:
