I know there are different types of potatoes but I wasn’t aware of the different names. I didn’t know there are more than a few types and each type can be used for cooking different dishes. Recently, in the Fairprice Supermart at Changi Business Hub, I saw this sign hanging there giving shoppers a lesson on potatoes. I thought it is a good idea although technically potatoes are not vegetables.😎
