Capitol Exercise | 首都体操

Spotted a group of people doing some group exercise outside Capitol Theatre. I think I should start doing some exercise again. Other than taiji, I have stopped brisk walking and going the gym a while but I don't think I'll ever join a group exercise in the open eyes of public scrutiny. Will you? Not unless there is a big enough prize for sure. OK, maybe I’ll do taiji.
