@soundlegion has blessed us with another awesome Steem-based compilation from musicians all over the world, and this one is the best one yet!
I listened last night over some video games, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. First of all, the artists involved are top notch. Every track was a new chapter in this musical book, and every one complimented the last. This roller coaster of genres never once felt unnatural or forced as they climb and descend into each other.
It starts with the softer, more 'full band' genres like indie rock and folk, slowly evolving into a heavier, more abrasive set. Then we're smacked with some amazing hiphop tracks, which leads us into the more electronic/dance folks (like yours truly). It was a ride.
My track was called 'When I Say', which is a track that I made with my good friend Jon Caturia. We've always been an interesting matchup because of our clear differences in taste, but somehow we always work pretty well together.
Another hugely successful Steemit Artists Music Compilation - congrats to all artists involved, and of course, many thanks to @soundlegion for creating such a great collective!
