Thaw Me Out

Hey there fellow Steemians!

I'm shining the spotlight on another track from my last album Contemplation's Of The Void. This track is about a feeling of being tired, empty, old, and depressed. It's something I'm sure many middle aged or older persons can relate to, especially when we remember how it used to be.

Yet we know we're alive and vibrant somewhere within. It just might take the right person or circumstances to thaw the real you out so you can shine.

don't know if I want to go on

nothin seems to matter

and in that feelin baby somethins wrong

what I feel is evermore I'm in prison

a slave to the life I hold deep inside

I don't know what to believe in

cept for the feeling that left me behind
