Focus On Good Energy And Follow Our Rhythmic Flow - My Jazzy Visit At The Konzerthaus Vienna

Music always gets me in the best mood and all worries and problems are forgotten for a couple of hours!

What is better than enjoying an outstanding performance by beautiful Meshell Ndegeocello at The Konzerthaus Wien.

Troubles with dishonest business partners!? Don't we all have those in our lives and we need to deal with their actions, keeping our cool. So, how do I handle such unpleasant days, writing emails and whatsapp messages, I rather prefer to avoid. My positive energy runs down quickly, feeling disappointed,  wondering why some people, mostly the ones who have more than enough, end up to be the greediest ones.

Breath In, Breath Out!

Go and see a concert and put your focus on what feels good and put your smile back on your face.

Daily Om : Our attention can be pulled in many directions. When we take the time to listen to our inner guidance and focus our thoughts on the goals that resonate the most strongly within us, the rest of the world will fade away. This may mean focusing the spotlight of our attention upon developing one aspect of our work, one course of study, or one hobby to pursue in our free time.We may never know which of our interests is best suited to our abilities and heart's desires unless we give it a proper chance. By being fully present with all that we are and all that we have, we can experience each choice fully and make the most fulfilling choices for our energetic investments.

The call from a dear friend, Isabella Pfeiffer from Bella Concerts, who books top quality artists for many years, just came at the right time. Meshelle, a fabulous artist, I saw for the very first time at Fez in Manhattan in the year 1992, planned to hold her performance at the famous Konzept Haus in Vienna and the invitation to be on the free guestlist made this event even more attractive. I was super excited and went.

I couldn't make a lot of photos of the performance that night because I felt shy. Nobody used their phones and focused on the mesmerising music played by such a fantastic and interesting band. I still have goose pumps.

Mozartsaal at The Konzert Haus

Architecturally the Konzerthaus presented a rare combination of Historism, Secessionism and Art Nouveau styles.

Make sure you visit a concert during your stay in Vienna and enjoy the stunning architecture of this building.

Architecture. The Building

When, in 1913, the Wiener Konzerthaus was officially opened after only two years in construction, it was one of the most modern buildings in the Danube Monarchy. Built by the renowned theatre architects Ferdinand Fellner and Hermann Helmer in co-operation with Ludwig Baumann, it set new standards for its architecture, visitor-friendly atmosphere, construction technology and modern facilities. The interior's design testified to the architects' wealth of experience. The entrance hall and staircases were specially constructed to allow a free flow of around 4,000 people, while the three halls – all of which are on the same level but are acoustically separated from each other – can be used individually, or together, for different events. The acoustics and atmosphere of the building lent themselves to a broad range of cultural events, while the buffet, café and three restaurants satisfied all the gastronomic and social claims of modern concert management. The spacious and comfortable atmosphere of the building, which constituted a novelty in Vienna’s traditional musical life, delighted audiences and critics alike.- Source and Image
