Yesterday we have met with friends in Coventry, UK. The day started as usual - we woke up late, have had a late breakfast and left the house around 12 pm.
I visit Coventry maybe three or four times a year. This time it was so unusual to see a lot of new development right in the center of the city! The typical car park has been partially fenced and the ticket price increased. Option - to stay or look for a cheaper parking. We were not sure how long we are going to stay. In the end, we went to the multi-park on the other side!
Once the car has been parked we headed towards the Coventry Transport Museum. On the way - few snaps. Like the one below!

It has been taken right in front of the museum. Then turning into the museum, there was a display of cars. Look at this timeless beast! Loved it!
While taking pictures, a man approaches me and begins to tell me the about even bigger event that is going to happen in July! Great! Noted!
Going inside for warmth and food! Soon after our friends arrived and we went to see the exhibits in the museum. As usual, a great experience!

Leaving the museum was close to the sunset time. A lovely subtle light outside. Loving the view of the Whittle Arch pictured below. Could not resist taking a shot!

After the long debate about where to go to eat so that the kids could play around, we went to IKEA. I really liked the view from the cafe and left to take some pictures. Here is one of my favourite below!

And that was the end of the day!
