Aceh Province, is province that has lot of specificity in country of Indonesia. One of them is, there are rules regarding enforcement of Islamic law. Where, number of violations committed by community can be processed according to rules of Aceh region. That is, offenders will get a public caning.
With caning, it means there must be an executioner as executor. Executioner usually wears special clothes. Where entire face is covered with cloth made like mask, so that only eyes are visible. This was done so that people were not known or people who were about to be flogged. The executioner will also use specially formed rattan, to whip.
