This is my shot while taking the moment of the incident of illegal oil wells on fire in eastern Aceh, Aceh province, Indonesia.

An illegal oil well owned by residents in the Pasir Putih village of eastern Aceh, Aceh, was on fire on Wednesday, April 25, 2018. The fire of this oil well caused by sparks so that the mining area exploded and issued a fire. At the time of the fire in the oil mining area, dozens of people took oil from the well, so when the fire occurred, residents were also burned by fire so 10 people died near the oil wells, and dozens of others suffered severe burns.
Knowing the incident, firefighters went down to the site to extinguish, and evacuate the victim, but the fire continued to burn at the well. The death toll continues to increase when receiving medical treatment at the hospital, because the victim suffered severe burns, and now the number of deaths has been 22 people, and 37 others still in intensive care at a number of hospitals in Aceh.
This is a daytime photo I caught upon arrival at the fire location of an illegal oil well. In addition to the fire on still burning in the oil wells, the mining area also appears burnt, and there are a number of motorcycles that only live carcasses.

In eastern Aceh there are indeed many illegal oil wells traditionally mined by the population, because in some parts of the east Aceh the inhabitants work as oil miners to make money. This is a lesson on the danger of illegal mining of oil carried out regardless of safety.
Until now, the police continue to conduct an investigation to determine the exact cause of the fire of oil wells which resulted in as many as 22 people died.
