A Family of Geese in the Harbor

Good evening STEEM friends, hope you all had a great weekend. I was driving home from work this week and decided to take a detour by the harbor. As I got close, I saw a family of geese crossing the street. I stopped and quickly grabbed my camera as the geese made their way over to the water.

The family consisted of two full grown geese and five little babies. They were feeding alongside the road. As I got out of the car, the elder geese was noticeably intimidated by me. They quickly usher the babies into the water and swam away.

Although some people consider the Canada Goose to be a pest, I thought it was a charming sight to see. #BeautifulSunday is a STEEM photo-initiative launched by @ace108. It's a great opportunity to share something beautiful!
