One of the things that can be done to keep up the vibrations and frequencies is Manifestation. Conscious manifestation shapes up in the form of reality faster and easier. When you have beautiful things around you, the manifestation of beautiful things happens much easier and also brings in lot of positive energy.
Nature is very beautiful and the colors of Nature can uplift you from whatever state you are in. These beautiful flowers have blossomed in my friend's garden and I love the energy they are giving out. With so much of chaos in the outside world these little charmers can make your day bright and positive and make you still believe in the beauty and goodness that still prevails.
