It looks so remote and exotic, and yet it's Arkansas, USA. A neighbor kid found this beetle for me the other day. I though it would look great in a photo. It's the first one I've ever seen alive (outside a museum or bug collection).
I thought about using this for the photo challenge, but it's a silhouette, not a shadow.
I've taken a lot of photos in the past, but steemit has rekindled my desire to document the things that I see.
