•In your blog post you must also tell the Steemit community why this newbie is an up and coming Steemian

•Make the title of your post “An up and coming Steemian-Introducing (their name)”. For example, “An up and coming Steemian-Introducing @terminallyill”

•Tag your blog post with #newbieresteemday and #minnowsupport and any other tags you feel are appropriate

•Put the link to your post in the comments below

•You cannot do a blog post on a newbie that someone else has already welcomed in this contest

The Winner will be the entrant who in my opinion has the best quality blog post and does the best job in welcoming and promoting the newbie they have chosen

As there are many rules you have a high chance of winning as many will not enter due to the complicated process but the reward is great. Not just the reward for winning but also the rewarding feeling you will get from helping someone new.
