Some people think we are the offspring of #newbieresteemday ("Some people" might mean me), Maybe because we have a lot in common with them. But we are like a school that newbies stand on their feet.
When i first joined the community, i was very disappointed. What do you expect? I was just a newbie (am still a newbie tho, but am no longer crawling ) in search of upvotes. I was very disappointed because i was looking for a community that will ask me for my link and they will give me some upvotes. Unfortunately, i was in the wrong room. All i kept on seeing was Newbie Tips from @terminallyill (Now you guys know who taught me how to write newbie tips). I knew nothing about steemit and i didn't want to know ethier, all i knew was that i want to start earning(I still want to earn tho, but i no longer beg for upvotes). After sometime, I decided to give it a try. I read all the tips and understood that you have to understand a game before playing.
I was kinda eager to find out what SGG is all about, i mean i know that they claim to be helping newbies but that just cant be TRUE. Nothing comes for nothing in this 21 century. There must be a way that they(WE, coz am now a member) earn in return. I did my researchs but came up with nothing, I was just surprise to find out that there are still some selfless set of human beings on this planet. That kinda changed the way i saw steemit, I started seeing it as a platform where we dont just come to make money but help each other grow. I started helping my fellow newbies grow, since i don't have SP to delegate but i know some advice that might help. Why not share it out. Although when i write NEWBIE TIPS, people hardly read it because its just like a poor man under the hot sun, selling a book titled "How to get rich quick"
I know i told you guys in my first newbie tips that you should always add pictures to your post to capture the atttention of the audience, Right now i will earn 25sbd(Upvotes not included) from SGG just for publishing this post

As i was saying, I met some cool friends that are really helping my life on steemit. One of them is @davemccoy. He has always believed in me, even when i dont believe in myself, he will always tell me to keep up the good work and forget the low upvotes. One day it will flow in. He is not always online lately but the little time he spends on steemit, he always make an impact with it.
Lastly, I will like to officially introduce you all to @Mirrors, One of the fastest over grown baby I've ever seen on steemit. Within a week, she made her way to curies.
She kinda inspires me with her rapid growth and make me believe that i will surely make it one day. If you're a newbie out there and you think there is no other way to earn in steemit other than paying bots or doing upvote for upvote, I recommend you check her wall. She is a prove that quality content really pays off.
