In the newspaper this morning, word has it that Singapore will not regulate cryptocurrencies. Most people know about the ICO ban in China and Korea already. Although we are not regulating, we are requiring exchanges to “comply with requirements to combat money laundering and terrorism financing”.
今天上午在报纸上的新闻报道新加坡不会管制加密货币。很多人已经知道中国和韩国禁止ICO。 虽然我们没管制但在这里的交易所可要符合打击洗黑钱和资助恐怖主义。

So, the exchange operating in Singapore are legal then. So, that means it’s good, right? Or, it is even impossible to control, so what’s the point of regulating?
