I am very happy to inform you about another remarkable achievement that Prague, the capital city of my beautiful homeland Czech Republic, has accomplished.

CNN Travel published their prestigious ranking of the best Christmas markets in the world and I was really pleased to find out that the Prague´s markets claimed the fourth spot there! The review also says that: "No city lends itself to Christmas better than Prague." which surely is a great compliment, especially when coming from such a renowned website.

The only three Christmas markets that performed even better in the survey were those in Montreal (Canada), Vienna (Austria) and Strasbourg (France). You can see the whole ranking here.
