No fly zone accidentally set on whole Europe for the Italian music festival

Some days ago, on the occasion of the Italian music festival of Sanremo, the prefect of the city of Imperia intended to establish a no fly zone of 1,026 nautic miles (about 2 km).

But on the official notice the distance appeared as "1.026" (about 2000 km), so the no fly zone was accidentally set on almost the whole Europe for a few hours.
