It's Artisteem, the global artistic contest platform.
Artisteem launched its beta service on July 16th and grew bigger in the previous 4 months thanks to everyone's support. Beginning in visual art, design, and photography, Artisteem now plans to expand into music, dance, and entertainment and add media types of multi-image and video: this will transform us into a global talent platform where you can pursue various artistic talents.
Through the upcoming renewal, Artisteem will become a TNS (Talented Network Service) that encompasses interests, content feed, Google Translate API, Artist Profile, Direct Sign-up, and social features. For our domain, an Artisteem company "nTOPAZ"[https://www.ntopaz.com] will be used from December 1st, marking a fresh new start. Of course, existing Artisteem users' DB, contents, data and others will be kept safe.
1. What does nTOPAZ mean?
√ nTOPAZ is a start-up venture company that begins with the belief that human natural talent and creative ideas can shine well, work creatively, and find their meaning and identity when they are well recognized for their value.
√ nTOPAZ means n, an infinite number of TOPAZes(characterization of talents who shine like jewels) who interchange horizontally and vertically through a common n(Network)--growing and collaborating together on a social media-based service. The slogan for the service is "Shine your Light!" which means give off your talents to your heart's content, as well as a neutral message to light up (fill in) the darkness.
2. Why do we need nTOPAZ?
√ At the core of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) are content creators and digital artists, but the current labor market and talent ecosystem's issues and problems need improvement: ‘Talent Discovery > Talent Development > Talent Commercialization > Talent Donation/Reproduction’ This virtuous ecosystem is the ultimate solution and why we decided to implement the plan.
3. nTOPAZ’s Business Areas
√ Crowd-sourcing: Global artists' talent arena and a platform where company collaboration can bring out branded content creation and crowdsourcing
√ Talent Commerce: Composed of goods , services, and classes, we plan to expand it into a Design-Edition Marketplace.
√ Crowd-Funding: We plan to expand into creative project funding and STAR Token for Star-level artists, and e-MCN(Artist support), online auction.
4. nTOPAZ Platform & TOPAZ Token Economy
nTOPAZ Platform and the Token Economy will be implemented as follows.
I. Company/organization that want to begin a contest can purchase TOPAZ Tokens and offer contest rewards, or event prizes as a bounty; they can also temporarily delegate TOPAZ Power to directly vote on artworks.
II. Talent Commerce(Goods, Service, Classes): In addition to Payment Gateway, you can e-commerce with TOPAZ Tokens and get TOPAZ as a Bounty from events, community activities which can be used on support, purchase,1:1 inquiries/consulting.
III. Fund creative art projects or STAR Token through Crowdfunding. nTOPAZ Tokens can also be used on joining/bidding in online auctions, and getting payment on Design-Edition Marketplace design running guarantees.

7. SP Delegation Incentive Program
Today we would like to announce the SP Delegation Incentive Program in sync with the opening of nTOPAZ.com . In the past months, Artisteem purchased 250,000 STEEM, with personal fund about 235,000 US Dollars, and has done voting support with full Steem Power, not to mention the weekly contest winners. Except for the recent 50,000 SP support by witness @clayop, we are one of the few dApps that has been upvoting out of personal fund without any SP support from the Steem HQ or outer SP delegation.
Now, Artisteem will be rebranded as nTOPAZ since December and we would like to begin the 1st SP delegation incentive program in order to expand categories, secure a sustainable management base as a Steem dApp, and to continue a full-fledged TOPAZ Token Economy. The growth of a SMT-based dApp is essential to expand the Steem ecosystem.
