Hey steemit friends! This will be my first open mic post and it's an original song I wrote about a year ago. Music has helped me push myself as a person and a creator and I love getting to share that with others.
I'm still finding my style within the music, but this song has a folk/pop feel to it and I love exploring new genres. I've been singing and writing music since I was about 15 and my older brother got me into it. I write mostly about personal experiences, but it's always fun to take on a story and write as if I was someone else.
