When I was 13, I remember sitting in my friends car with her mom when halo came on the radio. I was humming the tune and my friend said "Sing louder I can't hear you!" So I nervously started singing louder.... "WHAT! You sound better than Brittany Spears!" This was her response. I'll never forget this reaction, because she gave me confidence in myself to keep on singing (even though my 13 year old voice was definitely not better than Brittany lol) . I love when others lift people up and can be excited for their accomplishments!
So here's my version and twist of Halo by Beyonce, in honor of my friend that gave me confidence. Hope you guys like it!
