A big hello to all my friends and followers on steemit.
I share with you my song called Higher for steemit openmic week 43.
It was written a long time ago. I was a simple hillbilly caught up in the heat and dust of cities like Bombay and Delhi longing for the green pasture and mountains, so I wrote this song missing home. It was recorded in studio for the first album of Slik Route ( my band ) but was left out for unforeseen reasons though we did perform it on stage as a band.
