The Capital FZE iqama
On the basis of Nawaz Sharif not declaring his uncollected compensation from Capital FZE, a Dubai Jebel Ali Free Zone entity, Pakistan's Supreme Court ruled that Sharif was not honest. This disqualified him from eligibility to hold office under Article 62 of Pakistan's constitution.

In its report, the JIT said it had evidence directly from the UAE's Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (Jafza), the concerned regulator, confirming that Nawaz Sharif not only served as chairman of the board of a Dubai-based company, he also drew a salary of 10,000 dirhams between Aug 7, 2006 and April 20, 2014 — till nearly a year after assuming office — but did not declare this in his nomination papers.

A five member Supreme Court of Pakistan bench disqualified Sharif from holding office & ordered a criminal investigation into him & his family.
Nawaz Sharif has resigned as Prime Minister of Pakistan. His Finance Minister, Ishaq Dar, has also been disqualified by the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
According to the current Pakistani constitution's Article 62 & 63, on the basis of sadiq & ameen, truth & honesty individuals cannot continue in office especially when there are corruption cases against them.
Sharif's legal strategy, based on earlier corruption acquittals, had backfired this time. For example, in the Ittefaq Foundries case & in cases involving the hijacking of then Gen Parvez Musharraf's & for the purchase of a helicopter, Lahore & Rawalpindi courts cleared both Mian Nawaz Sharif & his family.
The Pakistani deep state is alive & well.
Nawaz Sharif has been pronounced guilty & has been disqualified even before being given the opportunity to legally defend himself in a fair trail. The Supreme Court has instructed the National Accountability Bureau to file criminal charges against Sharif & his family. Thus, a Pakistani tradition of not permitting a democratically elected Pakistani civilian prime minister to complete his terms of office is alive & well.
Has Pakistani Supreme Court, the same kangaroo court that has rubber stamped military coups based on the doctrine of necessity has orchestrated a judicial coup against an albeit tainted Prime Minister who has a popular electoral mandate?
Was this coup hatched by Gen Raheel Sharif, the former Chief of Army Staff & currently nominal head of the 41 nation Saudi-led Islamic military alliance?
