What up my Steemians, welcome to the @D00k13 Digest, I have been on a silent mission these last few weeks. I started into writing more blogs, increasing my posting frequency, trying to get more in touch with what brought me to Steemit in the first place. I managed to get my iOS beta testing release download for the @Partiko app just before this and reading up that they had a contest for partnership I set out on a mission to get noticed. I decided to see if everything I have learned while creating the #OneLoveDTube community could be applied to helping the Partiko community and gain some traction for myself at the same time. Well it worked, I am a partner and I will be rewarded for my efforts. This is another notch in my belt of accomplishments, adding to my message of "if I can do it so can you".
This is my first 100% mobile video(except upload), recorded on my GoPro and edited with the Quik software to go with it. Not my usual style of editing but this is the simplest way for me to get a video up without spending my whole vacation behind a camera or on the computer. I am really pleased so far, I was able to get Mel to operate the cam while we were driving to get some good driving shots out the window on our way around the lake I was named after Cameron Lake and into Port Alberni our home town.
Today I talk about how just doing me I have been able to link self promotion with promoting others. With promoting the @Partiko app I have gained a pretty decent amount of followers and also increased my user interaction on each post. What is doing me you ask? I speak and write about all the things I love, encourage others to try, add constructive criticisms. @Partiko created by @crypto.talk has been a wonderful experience giving as much I can and seemingly being rewarded equally for my efforts. As partner I have gained by far more then is required for me to give, I just have to keep doing what comes naturally to me. I cannot wait to see what all this evolves into and how I can help others benefit from what I have learned with this experience. Proof is in the pudding as they say, put the work in and get the results your looking for!
