CHARLIE CHAPLIN AND HIS TEEN WIVES LIKE LITA GREY, WHOM HE IMPREGNATED AT 15 WHEN HE WAS 34

Chaplin, the man George Bernard Shaw called “the only true genius motion pictures ever produced” had a depraved affinity for children. Only because of his status and money did this Hollywood legend avoid being locked up.

Chaplin’s first underage victim was Mildred Harris. While it is unclear as to when their relationship began, at the ripe young age of 16, Harris gave birth to Chaplin’s child. To avoid being prosecuted for statutory rape, Chaplin married Harris—a trend he would use the rest of his life.

Not wanting to be married to her rapist, the couple divorced when Harris finally turned legal age. That’s when Chaplin set his sights on an even younger victim, Lita MacMurray—she was 6 when they first met.

Mildred Harris

Screen Shot 2020-02-21 at 3.39.33 PM.png

She followed the film with various juvenile roles, often appearing opposite child actor Paul Willis. In 1914, she was hired by The Oz Film Manufacturing Company to portray Fluff in The Magic Cloak of Oz and Button-Bright in His Majesty, the Scarecrow of Oz. In 1916, at the age of 15, she appeared as a harem girl in Griffith's epic Intolerance.

The 16-year-old Harris met actor Charlie Chaplin in mid-1918, dated, and came to believe she was pregnant by him, but the pregnancy was found to be a false alarm. They married privately on October 23, 1918, in Los Angeles. She subsequently did become pregnant. The couple quarreled about her contract with Louis B. Mayer and her career. Chaplin felt she was not his intellectual equal. Their child Norman Spencer died in July 1919, at only three days of age.

So false alarm or not. . .Where was the Outrage for an Adult man having a predatory relationship with a child?

Why did a grown 29 year old man get a Free Pass to date a child? Of course she didn't have the Same intellect. . .how sick is this? Her brain was not even fully developed! This is what they do. . .they attempt to desensitize you to predatory relationships because they want to Normalize Pedophilia. Just as Heart Progress and NAMBLA (North American Man Boy Love) do. For fence sitters and those Not engaged in the protection of children. . .Just the Name should be enough to get you out of Your Distractions! Predatory! Are you on the side of Good or Evil? If you don't make a firm stand and choice, you are Helping Evil no matter your "feelings!"

By the time she was 16-years-old, Wyoming native Mildred Harris was among the most well known actresses in the world when her torrid love affair with Charlie Chaplin became the first tabloid scandal in Hollywood history.

Born in Cheyenne in 1901, the daughter of a telegraph operator scored her first Hollywood movie role at the age of 11, when she was cast in The Post Telegrapher. Many roles would quickly follow, catapulting Harris from a child star to a leading lady.

In 1918, while still only 16, Harris and Chaplin struck up a romance. Chaplin, arguably the most popular actor in the world at the time, was 29. Rumors quickly swirled that the teenage starlet had become pregnant by Chaplin. Later that year, the couple married in Los Angeles.

Sadly, their union would be short-lived. After their only child died as a newborn, Chaplin moved into a new home at the Los Angeles Athletic Club. For the sake of his career, they attempted to keep the separation a secret.

During that time, Harris began an affair with another woman, Russian born actress Alla Nazimova.

Paulette Goddard Birth name Marion Levy

Paulette Goddard (born Marion Levy; June 3, 1910 – April 23, 1990)

  • American actress
  • a child fashion model
  • performer in several Broadway productions as a Ziegfeld Girl

*she became a major star of Paramount Pictures in the 1940s.

Her most notable films were her first major role, as Charlie Chaplin's leading lady in Modern Times, and Chaplin's subsequent film The Great Dictator. She was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in So Proudly We Hail!

Goddard was the daughter of Joseph Russell Levy (1881–1954), the son of a prosperous Jewish cigar manufacturer from Salt Lake City, and Alta Mae Goddard

They married in 1908 and separated while their daughter was very young. According to Goddard, her father left them, but according to J. R. Levy, Alta absconded with the child. Goddard was raised by her mother, and did not meet her father again until the late 1930s, after she had become famous. So absentee father.

Goddard began modeling at an early age to support her mother and herself, working for Saks Fifth Avenue, Hattie Carnegie, and others. An important figure in her childhood was her great uncle, Charles Goddard, the owner of the American Druggists Syndicate. He played a central role in Goddard's career, introducing her to Broadway impresario Florenz Ziegfeld.

In 1926, she made her stage debut as a dancer in Ziegfeld's summer revue, No Foolin'. So she would have been 16 and had Already been modeling by this time, so when they say young age. . . they appear to be covering up the fact she was a child.

Goddard was introduced to Edgar James, president of the Southern Lumber Company, located in Asheville, North Carolina, by Charles Goddard. Aged 17, considerably younger than James, she married him on June 28, 1927 in Rye, New York. It was a short marriage, and Goddard was granted a divorce in Reno, Nevada, in 1929.

So This is interesting. Wikipedia claims Goddard was born in 1910, but on Charlie Chaplin's page it lists her birth year as 1911, which makes her younger than other claims. States he married her in 1936 so not under age if reports are true, just under age in the industry with adults having access to her.

Oona O'Neill

When Charlie Chaplin married Oona O’Neill in June 1943, he at last found true happiness, and it seems they had both found their soul mates, despite the fact that Oona was only 18, and Charlie was 53. They met when Charlie Chaplin considered her for a part in an unmade film, Shadow and Substance (during 1942) and were inseparable from then on.

O'Neill's parents divorced when she was four years old, after which she was raised by her mother in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, and rarely saw her father. She first came to the public eye during her time at the Brearley School in New York City between 1940 and 1942, when she was photographed attending fashionable nightclubs with her friends Carol Marcus and Gloria Vanderbilt.

In 1942, she received a large amount of media attention after she was chosen as "The Number One Debutante" of the 1942–1943 season at the Stork Club. Soon after, she decided to pursue a career in acting and, after small roles in two stage productions, headed for Hollywood.

So 14-16 years old.

So this teen at this nightclub,

Stork Club was a nightclub in Manhattan, New York City. During its existence from 1929 to 1965, it was one of the most prestigious clubs in the world. A symbol of café society, the wealthy elite, including movie stars, celebrities, showgirls, and aristocrats all mixed in the VIP Cub Room of the club.

This about the club owner of the Stork Club. ..there is meaning to names. #ThereAreNoCoincidences

Billingsley welcomed young people who were not old enough to drink. He encouraged them to gather at the Stork Club by inviting debutantes to the club and holding a yearly "Glamor Girl" election.

Because of Billingsley's long-standing friendship with Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) head J. Edgar Hoover, rumors persisted that the Stork Club was bugged.

Billingsley was also able to summon the club's private limousine to whisk favored customers away to a theater date or a ballgame after drinks or dining at the Stork. He changed the meaning of the hand signals frequently to avoid regular patrons' being able to read them.

The "Loner's Room", which was just past the Cub Room and much like a men's club, and a private barber shop.

Author T. C. McNult has referred to the Stork Club during its existence as "the most celebrated nightspot in the world"

According to journalist Ed Sullivan, was people watching other people, particularly non-celebrities watching celebrities.

Screen Shot 2020-02-21 at 4.40.01 PM.png

Screen Shot 2020-02-21 at 4.41.43 PM.png

The main room of the club was also frequented by many of the prominent figures that had fled Europe, from royals to businessmen, debutantes, sportsmen and military dignitaries, who often, upon departing, took with them the signature ashtrays of the club as souvenirs.

Back to O'Neille,

In Hollywood, O'Neill was introduced to Chaplin, who considered her for a film role. The film was never made, but O'Neill and Chaplin began a romantic relationship and married in June 1943, a month after she had turned 18. The 36-year age gap between them caused a scandal, and severed O'Neill's relationship with her father, who was only six months older than Chaplin and who had already strongly disapproved of her wish to become an actress.

So at Least 17 when they met and he was only 6 months younger than her father!

When O'Neill was a child. . .
According to the divorce settlement both children were to attend top boarding schools from the age of 13 and, in 1938, O'Neill was sent to study at the Warrenton Country School in Warrenton, Virginia. Agnes did not find the school satisfactory, and had her transferred to the Brearley School in New York for her sophomore year in 1940.

At Brearley, O'Neill became a close friend of Carol Marcus, and through her was introduced to Gloria Vanderbilt and Truman Capote. Although still underage, the group often spent time at popular nightclubs, and began to appear in the society pages of magazines. During this time, O'Neill dated newspaper cartoonist Peter Arno and the still unknown author J. D. Salinger.

Screen Shot 2020-02-21 at 4.53.14 PM.png

O'Neille born 1925 so that is a 21 year difference. So during this time when she transferred to Brearley, she was 14 and he was 35.

A Lot to unpack with the Random House Agenda with Capote for sure! I'll just drop this photo, a bit of a description and if you look into his name. . .you will see.

Other Voices, Other Rooms made The New York Times bestseller list and stayed there for nine weeks, selling more than 26,000 copies. The promotion and controversy surrounding this novel catapulted Capote to fame. A 1947 Harold Halma photograph used to promote the book showed a reclining Capote gazing fiercely into the camera. Gerald Clarke, in Capote: A Biography (1988), wrote, "The famous photograph: Harold Halma's picture on the dustjacket of Other Voices, Other Rooms (1948) caused as much comment and controversy as the prose inside. Truman claimed that the camera had caught him off guard, but in fact he had posed himself and was responsible for both the picture and the publicity." Much of the early attention to Capote centered on different interpretations of this photograph, which was viewed as a suggestive pose by some.

According to the Independent,

He was 29 when in 1918 he married the 16-year-old Mildred Harris - who neglected to tell him that Louis B. Mayer had already signed her to contract with billing as Mrs Charles Chaplin. Lita Grey was his second wife and the marriage ended equally messily. It also established him in the public eye as a man who preferred young girls.

Young girls? Seriously? How about Children! Would you want a 30 year old hitting on your 15 year old?

Chaplin does not mention Lita Grey in his My Autobiography (1964), perhaps because the memories were too painful. Lillita McMurray was seven when in 1915 a chance visit took Chaplin to Kitty's Come-On Inn where her mother, Nana, was a waitress (she was of Mexican descent; the father was Irish- American). After his divorce from Harris he continued to see Lillita and gave her walk-ons in two of his films, as an angel in The Kid (1921) and as a maid in The Idle Class (also 1921)

Lita Grey Born in 1908!

His leading lady in both was Edna Purviance, and when he failed to make her a star in her own right in A Woman of Paris (1923) it was Mrs McMurray's daughter who took over her dressing-room - her Christian name shortened from Lillita to Lita and the "Grey" derived from a cat which Chaplin had given her.

She was to co-star with him in The Gold Rush (1924), but collapsed on the set when two months pregnant. As Georgia Hale replaced her in the role, there stepped forth a lawyer uncle, Edwin McMurray, to point out that Lita's age could bring charges of statutory rape.

Their marriage took place on 24 November 1924 - and not secretly, as Chaplin had hoped. Among the many reporters covering the story was one who claimed to have heard him say, "Well, boys, this is better than the penitentiary but it won't last."

Nor did it, despite producing two sons (Charles Junior, who died of alcoholism, and Sydney, who became an actor). After Chaplin had complained about the endless parties he found going on in his house when he returned from work, Lita moved out. When she filed for divorce, in January 1928, Uncle Edwin had Chaplin's assets seized, demanding $1m (over pounds 206,000 by the exchange rates of the day) in settlement; the lengthy statement issued - or at least, which found its way to the tabloids - asserted, inter alia, that Chaplin read banned books to his bride and claimed "all people do it" when she objected to the "abnormal, against nature, perverted, degenerate and indecent act" (fellatio).

Chaplin's own statement admitted that he had behaved "like many other foolish men" but that he had married partly because he believed himself incapable of fatherhood; and he concluded, if rather limply, that "her mother deliberately and continuously put Lita in my path".

The controversy split America. As Chaplin gained support, Grey threatened to name five actresses who had enjoyed "intimacy" with him during the marriage. Five careers - and conceivably five studios - were threatened with ruin. Negotiations resulted in a cash settlement of $625,000 for Lita, whose accusations were reduced to a single one of cruelty.

A grateful industry honoured Chaplin's "versatility and genius" with a special Academy Award for making The Circus in the first-ever Oscar ceremony, in 1929.

According to Luz Blanca Calor Blanco,

In this eighth installment much shorter than the last one, I return to my particular serial about the gossip of classic Hollywood. This time it is up to one of the artistic geniuses of the twentieth century: Charles Chaplin and his sentimental and sexual deviations. The photo above was taken in 1944 when he was sued for paternity.

Another interesting one. . .

Charlie Chaplin's Honorary Award: 1972 Oscars

Some clearly know the truth! Is it an attempt for the Elite to try to "save" themselves?

Ricky Gervais at the Golden Globes 2020 - All of his bits chained

Very interesting as Charlie Chaplin was considered a Communist sympathizer so much so that the U.S. Government did not renew his permit for him to stay in the United States, so he lived out the rest of his life in Switzerland and only came back to accept his Oscar in 1972. He never became a citizen of the United States.

He had 4 wives and 11 children. I know he married 3 of them when they were in their teens and he was around double or more their age!

This is interesting. ..Chaplin credited with saving Disney as Disney had a lot of funding from the research arm of Stanford, involved in various programs like Remote Viewing and Walt Disney a 33rd degree mason. Not to mention the fact that Ghislaine Maxwell had a connection to Disney, Disney Cruise line stopped at Epstein's Little St. James Island and many Disney employees have

Chaplin bought a first release of Snow White in 1937. He and Walt were very good friends!

3623 Chaplin. . .asteroid named after Chaplin. No surprise there right?
