Pagpapatubo ng Sili Mula sa Buto | Growing Hot Peppers from Seeds

Sa aming karanasan ni @dandalion higit na mas mahirap magpatubo ng mga gulay mula sa mas maliliit na buto. Naging matagumpay kami sa pagtatanim ng kalabasa, papaya, at okra, nang diretso sa lupa o paso. Sa pagtatanim ng talong, kamatis, at ibat-ibang sili mas naging matagumpay kami sa pamamagitan ng "pagpapagerminate" ng buto, pagtatanim sa "seedling tray", at paglilipat sa lupa o mas malaking paso matapos ang tatlo o apat na linggo.

@dandalion and I find it most difficult to grow crops with smaller seeds. We've successfully grown squash, papaya, and okra even through direct planting. For eggplant, tomatoes, and pepper varieties though we've been more successful by germinating the seeds first, using a seedling tray after the seeds germinate, and transplanting them in bigger pots, or in the ground after about 3-4 weeks.

This post is a walk-trough on growing peppers from seeds.

Mga Kakailanganin | What You Need

1. Buto ng Sili | Pepper seeds
2. Sisidlang natatakpan | An airtight container
3. "Paper towels"
4. Tubig | Water

1. Tupiin ang dalawang "paper towel ng tatlong ulit, at ilagay sa ilalim ng sisidlan | Fold 2 paper towels 3 times or depending on what will fit the airtight container, and place it in the bottom of the airtight container.
2. Basain ang "paper towel" gamit ang malinis na tubig. | Wet the paper towel with a sprayer using clean water.
3. Ilagay ang mga buto sa basang "paper towel" | Place the seeds in the wet paper towel.
4. Takpan ang sisidlan | Close the container

Matapos and 7 Araw - Handa nang Itanim | After 7 Days - Ready for Seedling Tray Planting

1. Gumawa ng mabababaw na butas sa "seedling tray" gamit ang daliri. | Poke 1/2 centimeter deep holes in seedling tray filled with potting mix.
2. Ilagay ang mga buto sa mga butas | Place the seeds in the holes.
3. Tabunan ang mga butas, at diligan | Cover with potting mix, and water the seedling tray.

Makaraan ang 6 na Linggo - Malaki na ang mga Sili | After 6 Weeks - Mature Pepper Plants

Makaraan ang 2 Linggo - Namumulaklak na Sili | After 2 Weeks - Budding Pepper Plants

Makaraan ang 3 Linggo - Namumungang mga Sili | After 3 Weeks - Fruiting Pepper Plants
