I had a pretty decent post planned out.....THEN I forgot I had a dentist appointment to have a tooth pulled. I didn't think it would hurt too bad, but after and hour it's hurting worse than I thought. So my thoughts are everywhere right now. Tired, pain, and such.
So this is just going to be kind of short.
So our mantra throughout all of this is the only person you can control is yourself. You control how you react. Whether you get angry or not. Whether you let those feelings take over. Whenever we feel extreme feelings of being overwhelmed or over thinking. That is where we need to give ourselves the proverbial kick in the pants. That is when you need to take control and refocus on the moment. I promise next week, I'll make up for today.
