Introduction | 简介

Recently, I was at Telok Ayer Street, Singapore and saw this old building that seems to have been there for a long time. It is kind of historic architecture. I took a few photos and had more time and decided to go and find out what the building is.

不久前，我在直落亚逸街（新加坡）走着，看见了一旧建筑好像该有很多年历史了。拍了几张照片有还有点时间就走近看看那建筑是什么回事。

Closer Look | 看清楚一点

So, the place is actually Nagore Dargah Indian Muslim Heritage Centre.

原来这地方是纳歌德卡殿印度回教遗产中心

Going Inside | 进里面

The architecture looks amazing.

建筑的设计挺特别。

Since I had some time to spare, I went in to have a look.

因为我有一些时间，就进去看看。

Just inside, there’s a little display which tells you a bit about the history of the area.

一进去就有个摆设告诉你一些关于这区的历史。

Before going further in, you have to take off your shoes.

再走进去就要先脱鞋了。

Inside | 里面

Inside, there are various artefacts displayed but are enclosed in some transparent plastic. So, unfortunately few photos did not turn out as good as I hope.

里面，有各种各样的文物展示，但都封在一些透明的塑料。 所以，很不幸的是有些照片就拍的差强人意。

I saw this before in the market long ago. You put the meat in from the top and turn the spindle and out comes the minced meat.

很久以前，我在菜市场看到这个。 是个人力绞肉机。

An antique camera.

古董相机。

Something for the wedding.

婚礼用的。

An old radio, typewriter, cutlery, precious stones and more.

旧收音机，打字机，餐具，宝石和更多。

Have a look at the decorations inside.

看看里面的设计。

There’s also a nice model of the building.

还有一座建筑的模型。

On the way out, I was still checking out the architecture.

一边出去，一边欣赏设计。
