I've noticed at different times of the year, there is a bazaar there. I've seen it before Chinese New Year, before Mid- festival and this time close to the Duan Wu festival which is also referred to as Dumpling festival or Dragon Boat festival. The bazaar are interesting to look at and sometimes a place good for looking for relatively cheap items.
