I was there to attend a talk on Mining. The speaker was Gordon Ao, the CEO of Innosilicon which is a company that make mining machines and lots of them.

我是来听个关于挖矿的讲座。这位演讲者是 Innosilicon 的首席执行官 Gordon Ao。该公司是一家制造挖矿机，很多很多的挖矿机。

After the talk, the university presented the speaker a token of appreciation which is quite normal practice.

演讲结束后，大学向演讲者送个小礼物表达了谢意。

What is not expected is the speaker returned the favour with a mining machine for the university.
