Thistle and other Flora along the Perkiomen Rail Trail

Some dried thistle and various other flora that I saw on a hike last weekend along the Perkiomen Rail Trail in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

The Perkiomen rail trail is a beautiful area to hike or bike and it runs mostly parallel to the beautiful Perkiomen Creek.

From Wikipedia: Perkiomen Trail:
The Perkiomen Trail is a 19-mile-long (31 km) multi-use rail trail along the Perkiomen Creek in Pennsylvania.
It begins at the junction with the Schuylkill River Trail near the mouth of the Perkiomen and Valley Forge National Historical Park and ends in Green Lane Park. It follows the Perkiomen and connects Lower Perkiomen Valley Park, Central Perkiomen Valley Park, and Green Lane Park. The trail is mostly gravel, with some sections being paved.
