What is happiness? 😁
-The first three things that come across on my mind when i hear/saw the word happiness is that when I HIKE, SWIM AND DOING DENTAL OUTREACH.
🔹Happiness is when i reach the top of Mt.Ulap because when i hike i feel relax,inhale fresh air and no stress. This mountain is known for its scenic view of the Cordilleras while trekking the grassland and pine tree ridges.

🔹Happiness is when i swim and do the under the sea photo challenge at Badoc Island.
📍Badoc,Ilocos Norte
🔹Happiness is when i do dental outreach because i want their oral hygiene to be better especially on children. Stronger teeth, Happy smile.
